A while ago I stumbled across the “third Guy” video on Seth Godin’s blog, his post is here. The visual is an amazing phenomena of how a movement is created by one lone crazy dancing guy on a hill during a concert.
Recently I stumbled across a blog post by Derek Sivers who gave a talk about this video and the relevant leadership lessons to be learned, here and above.
